Length from top of shoulder to hem-21 1/2". 100% exquisite textured rayon with luxe seed pearl accents, and satin lining. Chiffon wispy ruffle on the shoulders. Color is a gorgeous winter white pearl. Tag calls the color Bright White, but it is ivory and not white in color. It has a zipper in back and a plunging bare back. AMAZING looking! MUST SEE PICS!
